If a product is marked "In Stock", it's available to dispatch. We work with a network of UK supply partners and hold key lines ourselves, which means we can list availability honestly — and get cooling to your door when other retailers leave you waiting.
When we drop-ship
Most units dispatch from our own warehouse. When it helps — because of stock levels or a faster delivery timeframe — we'll drop-ship a unit direct from one of our supply partners instead. You still get the same warranty, the same expert backup and honest lead times; we simply pick the route that gets cooling to your door quickest.
