How VAT & customs work for EU orders
Under €150 (IOSS). We register and charge destination-country VAT at checkout. The parcel clears customs VAT-paid — you pay nothing on delivery.
€150 and over (DDU). For larger consignments the courier collects import VAT (typically ~20%) and any customs duty on delivery. We prepare the full customs declaration so clearance is smooth.
EU consumer rights. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and the manufacturer warranty applies across the EU.
