These terms govern your use of the Stockool website and any orders you place with us. By using the site you accept them.

Orders & acceptance
An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we dispatch the goods (or email confirmation of dispatch). Until then we may decline an order — for example if stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
Pricing & VAT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Retail prices include VAT; trade prices are shown exclusive of VAT where a trade account is approved. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
Payment
Payment is taken securely via our payment provider at checkout. We do not store your full card details. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Delivery
Delivery times shown are estimates. We aim to dispatch in-stock items the same or next working day. See our Shipping page for full details.
Installation & warranty
Split-system and multi-split units must be installed by a qualified F-gas certified engineer. Self-installation of units marked suitable for DIY is at your own risk. Warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are valid only when installation requirements are followed.
Returns
Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns page for the full process.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
