We ship air conditioning units and accessories across the UK mainland. Here's how delivery works.

Dispatch times
In-stock orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery to most of the UK mainland.
Units marked "Pre-Order" are dispatched on or around the date shown on the product page. "Low Stock" items may take an extra working day.
Lead times on product pages
Each product displays a customer-facing lead time. If no lead time is shown, in-stock items dispatch the same or next working day.
Delivery cost
Standard UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £500. Orders under £500 carry a flat delivery charge shown at checkout. Heavier split-systems and multi-splits may incur a surcharge for out-of-area postcodes.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the UK mainland. Selected items can ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands — any surcharge or restriction is shown at checkout before you pay.
Drop-shipment
Many units ship directly from our supply partners rather than our own warehouse. Your order may therefore arrive in separate consignments. You get the same warranty and support either way.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched you will receive tracking information by email. You can also check any order via our Track Your Order page using your order number and email.
Failed or missed delivery
If you are not in, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave the consignment at a local depot. Please follow the courier instructions or contact us and we will help.
