We ship air conditioning units and accessories across the UK mainland, and to 27 EU member states with flat-rate European delivery. Dispatch depends on whether a unit is held in our own warehouse or drop-shipped from a supply partner — details below.

How dispatch works: warehouse stock vs drop-ship
We hold many units in our own UK warehouse and drop-ship others direct from supply partners. The dispatch timeframe depends on which applies to your order — each product page states the route and lead time for that unit.
Own warehouse stock: orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are picked, packed and dispatched the same working day, for next working day delivery to most of the UK mainland. Orders placed after 3pm or on a weekend dispatch the next working day.
Drop-ship orders: units sourced direct from a supply partner are dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed, then couriered to you. Tracking is sent as soon as the consignment leaves the supplier.
Either way, you receive tracking by email the moment your order is on its way.
Processing time
Before an order is dispatched it is processed — payment and stock checks, address verification, and, for drop-ship units, the supplier purchase order. Processing typically takes 1–2 working days and is separate from (and additional to) the dispatch and delivery timeframes above.
During periods of very high demand or supply disruption (see the portable-unit notice below) processing may take a little longer. If your order is affected we will keep you informed by email.
Portable air conditioning units — UK stock update
The UK is currently experiencing a nationwide shortage of portable air conditioning units, driven by exceptional demand and constrained supplier stock across the market. Availability of portable models is changing daily and some units are temporarily out of stock with no confirmed restock date.
Where portable units are available, they dispatch as warehouse stock (same/next working day) or as drop-ship orders within 3 working days, exactly as above. If the model you order is affected by the shortage, we will contact you promptly with an honest update — the expected dispatch window, an alternative, or a full refund if you would prefer not to wait.
We are working with our supply partners to secure fresh stock and will restore full availability as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience.
UK delivery cost
Standard UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £500. Orders under £500 carry a flat delivery charge shown at checkout. Heavier split-systems and multi-splits may incur a surcharge for out-of-area postcodes.
European delivery — flat rate by region
We deliver to all 27 EU member states. Shipping is a single flat rate per order, based on the delivery zone:
Western Europe (FR, NL, BE, LU, IE, DE, DK) — £59.99
Nordic & Central Europe (SE, FI, AT, CZ) — £74.99
Eastern Europe (PL, HU, RO, BG, SK, HR, EE, LV, LT) — £79.99
Southern Europe (ES, IT, PT, GR, MT, CY, SI) — £84.99
Accessories-only orders ship anywhere in the EU for £14.99. Mixed carts (an AC unit plus accessories) use the unit rate for the delivery zone.
EU delivery is typically 3–6 working days, fully tracked.
EU VAT, duties & IOSS
Orders under €150 (typically accessories) are shipped under the EU Import-One-Stop-Shop (IOSS) scheme: VAT for your destination country is charged at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
Orders at or above €150 (most AC units) ship DDU — the courier collects import VAT and any customs duty from you on delivery. Import VAT is typically around 20% of the declared value and duty around 2%; an administration fee may also apply. The exact amount depends on your country and the declared value.
Prices shown on the store include UK VAT. For EU retail orders, UK VAT is zero-rated on export and the applicable destination VAT is applied at checkout instead.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the UK mainland and all 27 EU member states. Selected items can ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands — any surcharge or restriction is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently ship outside the UK and EU.
Drop-shipment
Many units dispatch from our own warehouse for same/next-day dispatch. When a unit is held by a supply partner instead, we drop-ship it direct from them — these orders are dispatched within 3 working days of being placed (see "How dispatch works" above).
Your order may therefore arrive in separate consignments. You get the same warranty and support either way, and tracking is sent for every consignment.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched you will receive tracking information by email. You can also check any order via our Track Your Order page using your order number and email.
Failed or missed delivery
If you are not in, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave the consignment at a local depot. Please follow the courier instructions or contact us and we will help.
