What does "In Stock" actually mean?

If a unit shows an "In Stock" badge, it's available to dispatch from our UK stock or supply partners, normally the same or next working day. "Low Stock" means few remain, and "Pre-Order" means you can reserve ahead of the next delivery.

How fast is delivery?

In-stock orders placed before 3pm ship for next working day delivery to most of the UK mainland. Larger split-systems and multi-splits may take a day or two longer. Delivery is free on orders over £500.

Can I install a unit myself?

Portable and window units are genuinely DIY-friendly. Split and multi-split systems must be installed by a qualified F-gas engineer to keep your warranty valid. Our Self-Install Hub flags the units we consider confident-DIY friendly, with guides and videos.

Do you offer installation?

We don't fit directly, but our Find an Installer service matches you with a vetted local HVAC engineer. Tell us your unit and postcode and we'll connect you — usually within 48 hours.

How do trade accounts work?

Garages, workshops, HVAC installers and builders can apply for a trade account through the Trade Portal. Once approved, you sign in with your email to see discounted trade pricing across the range.

What warranty comes with the units?

Every unit carries the full manufacturer warranty, handled in the UK. Length varies by brand and product and is shown on each product page.

What is your returns policy?

Unused units in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Installed or used units aren't eligible unless faulty — contact us and we'll help arrange any warranty claim.
