Designed for Daikin SkyAir and VRV round flow 360-degree ceiling cassette units (FCAG and FXFQ series), the Daikin KDBHQ56B140 sealing member kit enables precise aerodynamic airflow customisation. When installing a cassette in room corners, against perimeter walls, or in elongated rectangular corridors, this kit permits one, two, or three discharge louvres to be neatly blanked off. By sealing superfluous air outlets with factory-moulded insulation blocks, it eliminates unwanted draughts against vertical walls, prevents localized thermal short-circuiting, and redirects conditioned air toward occupied living or office zones. The bespoke insulating foam construction stops internal sweating and perimeter condensation on ceiling panels. Supplied with simple clip-in mounting brackets, it allows engineers and technicians to modify airflow distribution quickly during commissioning.
